Refund Policy

At Cozy Goods, we want you to feel happy with your purchase! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, our refund policy is as follows:

  • Eligibility for Refunds: You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your product. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for refunds.
  • Process: To request a refund, please email us at letters@keepithygge.co with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label.
  • Refund Timeframe: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
